WE-Test: Single Pathogen Screen

WE-Test: Single Pathogen Screens are qPCR-based assays designed for cultivators who want to confirm or spot-check for a specific pathogen of concern. Each screen provides highly accurate detection using assays developed from cannabis-derived pathogen samples.

While these tests are useful for verification, most growers choose the Comprehensive Cannabis Pathogen Panel for complete coverage and actionable certainty. Symptoms often overlap, and infections are frequently caused by more than one pathogen.

Available Single-Target Screens

• Hop Latent Viroid (HpLVd)
• Fusarium Screen – covers multiple Fusarium species including F. oxysporum and F. vasinfectum
• Powdery Mildew Screen – covers multiple Golovinomyces species
• Botrytis Screen – covers multiple Botrytis species
• Pythium Screen – covers P. myriotium, P. ultimum, P. aphanidermatum, with more being added
